Our Services
Pre-event coordination + three phone meetings.
In-person/virtual tour if possible
Partial coordination with vendors.
Setup & takedown of outdoor lighting.
Assistance with decor & setup day of.
Deconstruction of reception.
Post-event cleanup.
Trash removal night of the event.

Additional Information
In-person tours require 2-week notice and are subject to a $50 fee. The fee is credited to the event package if a reservation is confirmed. Must be during the months of Feb - May.
We are no longer offering events from the months of November - May.
Events are permitted for the months ( June - October ) with a max limit of 40 guests on site.
Four 6’ folding tables are available/ provided with the event package.
Lower deck lighting with 400 ft of string lights available/ provided.
A 3-night minimum is required.
