Trouble Shooting
-
If your concentrator is making a loud and continuous beep that means your equipment is turned on but does not have a sufficient source of power.
Make sure your concentrator is plugged in.
Try different outlets if the beeping continues.
-
Our concentrators need to breathe as well. When your equipment displays either or both red and orange light followed by a beeping sound this is a warning that the equipment isn’t getting enough air circulation.
Place concentrator away from walls or any object that may obstruct the flow of air. (This may take a minute or two for the equipment to circulate the air and for the beeping to stop.)
-
If your concentrator is working properly and you still are receiving minimal or to no airflow through your nasal cannula try these tips.
Make sure all tubing is snug and connected properly.
Inspect all tubing for kinks or holes.
Turn the flow meter up (located front and center with black dial).
